Primary responsibilities
* Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information,
and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing
protocols.
* Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization,
throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation,
configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing
connections and firewalls.
* Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance
tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
* Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining
documentation.
* Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
* Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing
enhancements.
* Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.

Gather and analyse clients' business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document.
Install, configure and optimize SAP Business One applications and solutions as per the design document.
Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention to versioning and transition from development and test to production phases
Present regular project updates to the client, as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project manager as required
Troubleshoot implementation issues
Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
Produce and maintain customer specific implementation documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered to customers satisfaction within time and on budget.
The majority of this role will be based on-site and will therefore require significant travel.
To support the sales team during presales with workshops and demonstrations and proposal documentation

To become expert in specific industry add-ons to SAP B1 to meet particular market needs
