Prepare and analyze Value-Added Tax (VAT) according to Tax laws.
Preparing Tax Return according to new tax law no (91) for year 2005.
The supervision of Prepares tax forms (withholding tax, stamp duty tax, payroll tax, VAT tax, etc..

Follow up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (Internal Committees - Appeal Committees - Courts) & provide company with a clear study supported by documents to avoid any tax liability on the company.
Resolve the company’s tax problems and protect it from any tax liability.
1-Preparing Tax Return according to new tax law no (91) for year 2005.
2-Prepare and analyze sales tax returns according to sales tax laws.
3-Preparing withholding tax reports and forms to match the accruals quarterly in financial statements.
4-Attending many tax inspections on behalf of our clients such as corporate tax, salary tax, Sales Tax, stamp tax and handling all tax related issues.
5-Reviewing tax status of our clients with respect to tax laws.
6-Representing client’s in front of tax authorities.
7-Using the PC’s excel programs in the tax or financial matters such as salary computation and depreciation differences settlement etc
8-Revision the financial statement for companies.
9-Prepare taxation reports for the reality of this financial statement with the booking, and determine the value of tax which the company should pay.
10-Preparing all tax analysis and documents required for performing tax Inspection and following up tax inspection with tax inspectors at various tax inspectorates until final inspection reports are issued.
11-Follow up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (Internal Committees - Appeal Committees - Courts) & provide company with a clear study supported by documents to avoid any tax liability on the company.
12-Preparing Employees Payroll sheets for our clients with the accurate Tax & Social Calculation & analysis, preparing reports for tax position, preparing reports for tax planning.

2-Preparing all financial analysis required for performing monthly and annual trial balances, Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
