• Follow up the project design with designer up to obtaining the building permit from the related authorities (DC1 and DC2).
• Manage the project Mobilization from the beginning for TSF-(Temporary site offices).
• Manage the execution of the project civil works with 10 staff engineers and 5 subcontractors.
• Manage the MEP and Infrastructure works (Water, drainage, storm water, fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and Ooredoo networks) with 5 staff engineers and subcontractor.
• Manage the roads civil works with 2 staff engineers and subcontractor.
• Manage the weekly progress meeting with the client and the consultant supervisor.
• Manage the project under proper cost and budget.
• Manage the project under quality and International safety standards.
• Manage the procurement requirements for the project.
