• Manage testing and balancing projects and meet the requirements of project according to project specifications and NEBB procedural standard.
• Make all installations checks prior to pre-commissioning activities.
• Make pre and post commissioning checks for all mechanical installations.
• Understand the requirement for performance testing of systems/equipment and ensure that the performances are matching project documents.
• Review equipment submittals of commissioning scope of systems and approved compliance of the systems/equipment as per the project requirements.
• Verifying that the submittals for all equipment to be commissioned satisfy the requirements of the OPR.
• Perform site visits to observe selected components, system installation and performance of the systems to be commissioned.
• Review pre-functional checklists.
• Review functional test procedures.
• Witness selected functional tests perform by installing contractors.
• Review and comment on the content of O & M Manuals.
• Verify that the systems and assemblies comply with the OPR and the BOD.
