Job Responsibilities :
• Supporting the Maintenance activities by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of building services.
• Preparing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for MEP works.
• Maintaining good and harmonious relationships with the client, tenants, and visitors and respond to any complaints promptly.
• Preparing Quotations and Bidding for Clients.
• Following up payments with The Costumers.
• Providing analysis and comment technically upon maintenance feedback from both in-house and specialist service partners.
• Scheduling the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and General maintenance(GM) program to get customer satisfaction also, ensure high-efficiency performance.
• Coordinating with the Client and contractor to avoid delaying the project.
• Ensure implementation of quality, environmental safety, health rules, and regulation at the project site, Manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing and checking the detailed design prepared by the designed contractor & subcontractor before submission to the client for approval.
• Carrying out an inspection for construction activities and grant approvals upon compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Reviewing materials submittals and grant approvals compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and standards discrepancies observed.
• Coordinating with the client & contractor to avoid delaying the project.
• Ensuring implementation of quality, environmental safety, health rules, and regulation at the project site. & Manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
• Monitoring and promoting health and safety on the site. Recording and reporting any breaches to the Project Manager. If required stop the construction works if unsafe practices are being followed.
• Reviewing and commenting on the Contractor’s Operation and Maintenance manuals.
• Preparing draft site/engineer’s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager.
• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and another testing that may be required during the first fix works and advise the Project Director accordingly.
• Maintaining an on-going list of mechanical services defects for the contractor’s remedial action.
• Undertaking final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for the Contractor’s action.
• witness mechanical system final testing and commissioning.
• Monitoring mainline pumps essentially, flowrate, pressure, temperature, density, pump raves (R.P.M), start-up, and shutdown.
• Communications with other station operators.
• Pumping products through the line.
• Measuring the collecting and issuing quantities, by dipping positive displace meter (P.D meter) according to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to solve problems
through the work order.
• Issues daily report the monthly report also annual report.
Mohamed Alfatih Ali has passed the final examination in the Faculty of Engineering and has been awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honors),(Full Time),(Mechanical Engineering) with Second Class.
