• Supporting the workshop in diagnosing difficult or critical cases.
• Supporting warranty in validating workshop diagnosis and confirming -from technical point of view- if the defect is a manufacturing defect or misuse.
• Supporting other departments in technical inquires (Ex: Spare parts, Audit, PDI, etc...).
• Inspect, define, and report the root cause for accidents and fire vehicles in case of customer claiming that it’s caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Test candidates to be promoted as quality technicians.
• Inspecting and reviewing every second comeback case or CPA case.
• Communicating with mother companies (QIRs, hotlines, etc...).
• On job training for technicians on TSBs and measurements.
• Additional tasks:
o Developing the reporting system of technical support
team using excel to calculate KPIs automatically from
input data.
o Developing an internal training plan for technical
support team and assigning the topic based on
members knowledge, while designing an evaluation
system to guaranty the quality of trainings.
o Developing a detailed training plan for aftersales
technicians based on their rank.
o Researching additives and their effects on vehicles
performance.
o Teaching other team members lean six sigma.
o Testing accessories to be installed in vehicles by
service centers.
o Translating and reviewing technical materials from
English to Arabic and the opposite.

• Greet and receive customers.
• Inspect vehicles upon receiving and before delivery.
• Inform customers of the repair and maintenance needed for the vehicle with estimated
costs, and fill repair agreement.
• Review with the customer the repairs done to insure customer satisfaction.
• Answer customers questions and inquires.
• Prepare and discuss repair cost estimation for accidents repair with customers or insurance
representors.
