• facilitating the passenger boarding process as directed, implements standard procedures during overbooked, irregular flights and denied boarding situations.Working on Amadeus system

• Baggage services / Tasks :

• handling all claims for lost and delayed baggage’s
• Handle all complaints from passengers
• Handle incoming calls
• Replying emails
