• Responsible for everything related to the (E Profit CRM + Sales Stage CRM) software provider to solve user’s problems
• Responsible for establishing a database for the company on the CRM System.
• Record, updating and follow-up of the company's CRM Database to maintain and ensure smooth work flow.
• Open and maintain new accounts for sales consultants as per company policy.
• Extract data from CRM system (daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly) to support efficiently the operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.

• Investigate and resolve the CRM issues.
• Propose different business solutions to select the best fit by the business user.
• Support and Handle the majority of CRM questions, requests, and incidents from users and assist.
• Perform Advanced testing on the requests and issues related to the CRM system applications and follow up with the team.
