1. Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy,
accuracy and legitimacy of data.

1. Establishing databases, preparing, and sorting documents for data entry.
2. Format and clean data collected and entered, highlight inconsistencies or errors in
data collection.
3. Regular monitoring visits to ensure the quality of the distribution in the field sites.
4. Enter data into appropriate fields databases, records, and files, ensure the accuracy
of information, and prevent duplication.
5. Do the monthly 4W cluster report and assist the responsible officer with the
monthly IPTT report.
6. Transfer data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer,
recorders, or scanners as part of a contingency plan.
7. Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation and
make corrections where necessary.
8. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set.
9. Conducting a quick survey and evaluation (family educational questionnaire) in
camps.
