• Primary responsibility for the development and implementation of Company QHSE Management System throughout all Company business operations in factory and construction sites. Such as ISO 9001 QMS from SGS, ISO 14001EMS, OHSAS18001 from Bureau veritas, AISC Certificate for fabrication and erection from American institute for steel construction, ASME STAMP(U-S-PP-A) and Factory production control certificates from TUV according to AWS D1.1 and BS5950.
• Arrangement and execution of quality and safety management system assessments and audits. and conduct training of QHSE Management system.
• Assessment and reporting on suppliers/subcontractors quality and safety systems performance.
• Oversee Project/site Quality& HSE Programme (Quality plan-HSE PLAN and QC inspection, inspection and test plan (ITP) development and implementation.
• Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer complaints and identify the roost cause and take the suitable corrective action.
• Review and resolve quality and safety problems/concerns with others including vendors, customers, and quality & safety personnel. Related to development Coordinate and assist with vendor inspections.
• Participate in the review of all design, manufacturing, purchasing, and test documentation to assure conformance to quality control standards and / or quality plan. This may include review of drawings, specification sheets, production procedures, testing and inspection standards, vendor inspections and customer contract specifications.
• Coordinate quality management system reviews to assess Company / Project performance and any system improvement initiatives from these meetings across the business processes.
• Provision of in-house training on QHSE management systems and related topics.
• Support to tendering in providing QA/QC, HSE input into bid documents and answer of pre-qualification questionnaire.
• Selection and deployment of suitably qualified and experienced QA/QC, HSE personnel.
• Supervision and follow up of QHSE activities in all sites such as- Identifying and assessing environment, safety and health risks associated with equipment, materials, processes, facilities or abilities.
• Ensuring the mandatory safety and health standards are satisfied according to regulations
• Managing and controlling the hazardous materials by ensuring that the dangerous chemicals and other products are procured, stored, and disposed in a way that prevent fires, exposure to or harm from these substances
• Protecting the environment by controlling hazards that can lead to undesirable releases of harmful materials into the air, water or soil
• Providing employees and managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to recognize hazards in order to perform their jobs safely and effectively
• Manage construction sites and Follow up with Site QC & HSE managers FOR ALL site QA/QC and safety activities for Investigating accidents and incidents based on witness interviews, site quality inspections, client meeting, NCR/CAR and collection of other facts and evidence. Diploma in TQM and ISO International Standard from American University in Cairo, 1995. = IRCA-Register LEAD AUDITOR/TUTOR of QMS,EMS &SMS(Quality, Environment , Health and Safety management system) IRCA no. 1191746(ISO9001,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001)- =Certified welding inspector CSWIP –no.46308 =Certified NDE(RT-UT-PT-MT-VT ) ASNT LEVET II. = Approved Aramco Quality Control Manager – SAP NO-70011122. = Approved Aramco Quality assurance Manager in SADARA-K.S.A PROJECT -Approved Bechtel quality represented mechanical engineer in west delta project.
