Responsibilities:
Daily report.
Follow-up after service report (contact daily to the customers for satisfactions survey).
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
Process internals daily.
Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate
Individual for resolution.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls.
Assistant in all of sections in times of needed.
•Responsible for HR & Administrative operations, implementation of policies & procedures, monitoring & maximizing resources productivity, minimizing costs.
•Legislation with related government authorities for required approvals & legal proceedings.
•Monitoring & managing HR activities such as resource planning, hiring & downsizing, finalizing JD, recruitment - selection, performance evaluation, attends to employees’ grievances & resolving conflicts.
•Payrolls administration, timing control & leave records, deductions & bonus/increment adjustments.
•Administrative operations, office management, meeting arrangements, record keeping, official property maintenance & rentals/billing, security & safety, office supplies, team’s movement - accommodation & facilitation.
•Managing all activities including procurement, vehicles maintenance & logbooks, equipment delivery/handing taking.
•Supervising central & regional Admin/HR team, storekeepers, office boys, and janitors, assigning responsibilities.
•Designing & monitoring the framework to track delivery against desired goals, oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company policies & proceed for training & development.
•Handling the planning, recruitment, staffing and manpower allocation.
•Developed and implemented HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent management of staff throughout the company.
•Provide direction for the implementation of all HR Operations and Administration/Personnel services.
•Developing/implementing and administering the performance management and annual appraisal schemes, created the formulas, designed the reports, the screens, and provided the developers with the specifications of the HR Modules and its related processes for System Identifying the training needs and reviewing the training calendar/ programs.
•Conducting interviews and negotiating offers for all levels and professions.
•Addressing the employee relations, safety, counselling, services, and health programs, and designing and implementing the employees’ orientation programs.
•Coaching department/line managers/staff to be effective in delivering their objectives and defining the KPIs Ensure statutory compliance under various Sudan Labor Laws, and advising the top management on labor strategy to foster cordial and healthy industrial relations.
•Maintaining enhanced records for more than (70) employees.
•Handling & coordinating with the company legal department the proceedings of HR and personnel cases, and company properties.
•Negotiate and coordinate with the Insurance Companies for “CAR & WC” and medical insurance policies.
