• support the group president to build a culture of service for all Makarem Hotels (Makarem Ajyad, Makarem Um Alqura, Makarem Annakheel, Makarem Albait, and Makarem Mena).
• Attending the GMs meetings in a quarterly basis to discuss budgets, revenue, operations, policies, and sales achievements.
• Introducing the training results and achievements for all mentioned hotels during the GMs meetings.
• Support the director of Hotels operations to maintain high score in guest satisfaction GRI.
• Support the director of sales & marketing to train and improve skills of the sales force.
• Support the director of revenue to train and develop reservation and revenue associates.
• Support F&B Director to train and implement HACCP & food safety inside the premises.
• Cooperate with all GMs to develop training budget and do all the tasks related to training in all hotels mentioned.
• Assists in developing internal programs and prepare Trainer’s Kits (Instructor Guide, Participant’s Workbook) as needed.
• Evaluates effectiveness of Training Programs and ROI
• Assists in identifying training needs for each Hotel and develop the Training Plan & Calendar accordingly.
• Assists in coordinating the scheduled Performance Development Review by conducting training to all staff
