• Responsible for necessary preparations for the IPO of Misr Life Insurance Company, legal due diligence examination, central registration of the company’s shares system and obtaining the registration certificate, Implementing necessary procedures for announcing and publishing shares registration, and Finishing all special preparations for the data room and completing the collection of all due diligence data in coordination with the various departments of the company which is required by the offering advisor and the external auditor, In addition to being a member of the company’s offering management committee, conducting the necessary daily follow-up and implementing the decisions issued by the higher offering committee and the implementation timetables.
• Collaborate with the CEO & Chairman and other executives in developing and implementing the company's strategic plans and objectives to Ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the organization to maximize efficiency and productivity and improve operational processes to enhance workflow, reduce costs and mitigate operational risks that may impact the organization's performance in addition to Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of under control processes and Regularly review and analyse performance for improvement through Implementing technological solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication between different departments and teams within the organization and collaborate with other executives to ensure cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for Affiliated supporting departments by staying informed about changes in regulations that may impact the business.
• Dealing with crises with plans to address unforeseen challenges or emergencies and responding effectively to crises to minimize damage and ensure continuity.
