1- Making annual plans.
2- Analyizing marketing info, building production network, making feasability studies on the products
3- Supply board of directors with the needed informations, and consultancy .
4- Managing a team of about 50 empolyees that established to run gold and coper products distribution
5- Successfully launched and manage supplying our project with required team and /or equipments .
6- Participated in introducing minerald production in Sudan which resulted in a good market share/outcome in economics .
7- Extensive involvement managing client relationships at all levels
1- Follow up vessels shipments delivery.
2- Follow up Silo, and cargo shipments loading /offloading .
3 - Illustrate and study shipments packing lists to prepare suitable trucks numbers or loading .
4 - Follow up cleaning shipments arrived .
5 - Contact customers to collect debits .
6 - Send detailed daily report to HQ concerning :shipments, trucks, loading ...etc.
7 - Contact governmental authorities to get the legal documents required for shipments delivery .
1- Follow up financing from local, and regional institutes .
2- Follow up opening documentary credits, and letters of grantee.
3- Make feasibility studies for imported/exported products .
4- Leading a team for purchasing exportation products .
5- Contact product distributors .
6- Collect outstanding money from clients .
7- Follow up our ware houses, and shipments delivery .
8- Control all banks operations relating foreign trade .
