Responsible Perform Quality check on all completed repairs on the customer vehicle including road test to ensure the highest quality standard and ensure 100% completion of customer requested work Conduct record and report results of Quality Control Inspections for check maintenance quality and reliable of service inspect of version stages and solve problems through inspection procedures and coordination internal order to maintain communication given to the customer Do the job right the first time.
-Also I was responsible for training of quality control inspectors to ensure that it’
meets high quality service standards specific BMW standard and direct them to give good service to the company and customer Monitor and record the causes of repeat repairs Assist Technicians with diagnosis of difficult repairs Ensure a safe working environment maintain clear and open communication between Technicians and service advisors, Assist service advisors with repair explanation when required to ensure that all items on the repair order are completed in a timely and tradesman like manner . Keep service advisors constantly informed of delays and additional work found. Support the foreman as requested and reports to the service manager.
