- Report to the CIO, lead deal teams on multiple new transactions from origination to closing

Transactions & Restructuring:-
- Responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational advisory services
- Conducting pre-deal evaluation, business modeling and synergy evaluation
- Build appropriate business model for business and report writing
- Transactional structuring by using financial instruments
- Analysing the financials to design appropriate solution for the requirements of the company
- Perform industry and company research and write executive reports on acquisition targets including financial modelling, market position, product portfolio, potential synergies and risks
- Conducting financial reviews of companies, evaluating corporate viability, developing financial models and restructuring plans, implementing strategies to ensure business survival, renewal and growth;

- Member of core business development group, responsible for identifying and analyzing business opportunities
- Executing two cross border structured transaction:
o Leading vegetable oil company and
o Oil & Gas infrastructure services company
- Executing divestment of Steel Manufacturing and Plastic Recycling businesses for a multibillion group
- Providing effective strategic and financial advisory services in debt restructuring of:
o USD 50 million for a large conglomerate
o USD 1 billion for a diversified investment company having investments in telecom, healthcare, hospitality across Six countries
- Received BRAVO award for exceptional work in USD $1 billion debt restructuring assignment.
- Pivotal in structuring the fund raising transaction of USD 500 million for a large multi-brand real estate development.
- Solely responsible for developing the methodology and calculation for company specific risk to be used in valuation at KPMG. Adopted by KPMG UAE in its standard valuation methodology.

-Valuation of company for Private Equity/Acquisitions.
-To conduct research and analyze the financials to design appropriate solution for clients.
-To structure the financial solution for the company as per the requirement (IPO & Private Equity).

Centrum Business development team -
-Interacting with prospective clients and pitching in Centrum for Lead manager in IPOs.
-Handling Business Development in coordination with Sr. V-P investment banking
-Meeting the investors and focusing on valuation and development of investor pitch for private equity/IPO mandates.
Financing of more than USD 1 Billion
-Core team member for successful fund raising transaction of more than USD 1 Billion.
-Participated in structuring the deal and the term sheet.
-Interacted with Lawyers facility providers for the purpose of Due Diligence, Agreement documentation and related condition precedents and condition subsequent.
IPO Management
-Core team member for the public issue with a lead role in the following areas:
-Interacted with lead managers at the developmental stage of financial modelling for IPO.
-Addressed business queries from institutional investors and equity analysts.
-Team member during the drafting sessions of the initial draft of the prospectus and helped in incorporating subsequent changes based on the inputs of internal functions
-Interacted with merchant bankers, stock exchanges, and registrar.
Liaison Work
-Interacted with RBI, FIPB, and ROC to ensure smooth flow of operations.
-Responsible for analysis of offer documents of four forthcoming companies in the areas of Disclosures, Risk factors, financial statements, promoters’ background and promoters’ contribution and organizational business.
-Preparing a reference checklist and training material for Primary Market Division (PMD).
