• Responsible for implementing oracle financials, Public Budgeting and Planning application, for 160 Accounting/Budgeting Units (deploy 10 of them) The responsibility included:
Train
Train Egyptian Ministry of Finance and other governmental employees to use Oracle Financial Application.
Setup
Setup Accounting unites and budgeting units, Collect Opening balances Assist AU/BU users to collect needed data for the financial sheets (Actual Budget, Commitments, Cash Limit and trail Balance) , map Old Chart of Accounts to New Chart of accounts, upload opening balances to the GFMIS Data Center, create users and responsibilities depending on users jobs and sign off the Trial balance from the unite manager for the Acceptance sheet for the setup phase..
Support
Provide onsite Support to Egyptian Ministry of Finance and other governmental employees, to help the employees enter daily transactions and approved budget in addition to Commitment and cash limit.
Responsible For Analise and recording all Daily Journal entries and bank statement and customer accounts
