 Participated in the development of market, business opportunity and product line analyses
to meet business needs.
 Participated in schedules, organizes, and implements the annual budget process, including
the preparation of more complex seminars, guidelines, and worksheets for departments to
support the short and long term planning and budget process for the core business.
 Participated in the maintenance of annual operating and capital budgets/forecasts, including
updates of actual, detailed modelling and consolidation of new business opportunities.
 Participated in updates to quarterly models to include last quarter actual, new business, new
departments and new computations of operating results.
 Proactively monitors trends to identify risks and opportunities across key revenue and
expense categories.
 Establishes benchmarks and scorecards to assist leadership in managing the fiscal discipline
of their functions.
 Calculate and presents the return on Investment (ROI) to assist in financial analysis and
planning and make recommendations, as appropriate.
 Coordinates, compiles and presents variance analysis and exception-based reporting along
with conclusions to management on a monthly basis. Makes recommendations for financial
planning as appropriate to meet business needs.
 Work closely with the Business Segment Leaders on a recurring basis to create
understanding of key financial metrics and how to track for desired results.
 Performs all needed 'ad-hoc' operational analysis.
 Monitors business segment and department adherence to approved budget to ensure
compliance.
 Responsible for the preparation of fully loaded actual/forecasted cash flow and profitability
analysis on various business unit programs to ensure programs are sufficiently profitable.
