- Setting SMART Objectives and KPI’s for all departments
- Change Management & Culture Change
- Participated in the development of AlMutlaq Holding Enterprise Risk Management Framework based on ISO 31000:2009 Principles
- Participated in the development of AlMutlaq Holding Project Management Framework (based on the PMP-PMI standards)
- Project Controller for over 15 Projects
Achieving Organizational Excellence is a challenge, but with determination and commitment it can be done inshallah.
Working as a Process Enhancement Manager includes but not limited to creating, modifying, revamping, simplifying, and developing business processes, in addition to process training and awareness for Mobily's different departments.
Also maintaining the role of Business Continuity, Risk and Internal Audit Champion (Certified ISO 22301 Internal Auditor & Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor)
Working on the ISO 9001 standards starting from scratches, internal auditing, business development, continuous improvement, it was all a part of my job as Assistant Quality Manager.
Also, triggering monthly management meetings to review the reports of all company departments and enhance the performance of the company.
