Key Responsibilities as Account Coordinator I (Nov ’11 - Present):
• Develops and maintains customer relationships with smaller accounts and less complex products/services.

• Directing, overseeing and evaluating the activities of the sales and operation department. Monitoring operational performance and preparing research-based reports and sales forecasts.
• Researching new technical tool paper for proposed project options and creating detailed feasibility reports for submittal to the management.
• Surveyed facilities and executed quality, health, safety and environment inspection & audits to devise customized safety plans and ensured all procedures are adhered as per acceptable risk levels.

• Supervising and executing key onsite technical processes like installations, operations and maintenance, ensuring standard operating procedures are rigorously implemented.
• Evaluating job risk, preparing detailed schedules for task planning, monitoring progress, daily labor input, work hours and receiving value analysis to compare planned/ actual value.
• Analyzing mechanical diagrams, drawings and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing mechanical scope/ specification for designs and data sheet.
• Troubleshooting, ensuring technical solutions meet overall company policies, procedures and frameworks concurrently ascertaining high quality service.
• Conducting root cause analysis on the issues leading to effective problem solving. Identifying and responding to the risks as well as formulating appropriate policies to mitigate risks found.
