Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, progress measurements, change management, cost controls, invoicing, and reporting.
• Provides input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements relative to staffing, project controls, and preparing / analysing comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between the project forecasts and the budgets.
• Review, monitor and control project costs and defines project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives and Company procedures.
• In-charge of official reporting to the executive management, lenders and stakeholder’s reporting.
Assigned project: Specifically responsible for two projects
• DAP/NPK Project
• RAK Infrastructure, Utility & Offsite Project.

In-charge of official reporting to the executive management, lenders and stakeholder’s
reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the IIP Director and Project Control Manager (command center). The major
responsibilities are,
• Review, monitor and control the IIP EPCM Schedule and sub-contractors construction
schedules.
• Review weekly and monthly EPCM progress reports and comments raise to various
Owners Team reps.
Prepare the control charts and high-level schedules and reports for management.
• Review Contractors invoices for the claimed measurements and check whether this is as
per the contract agreement and coordinate with finance dept. for processing.
• Update the actual cost on cost control data base named e-Builder
• Being the member of Cost Control team, prepare the forecast budget for IIP as well asoverall project every quarter
.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly coordination meeting with EPCM contractor, PMC
team and owner team and follow up with various team members for action items.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager. Responsibilities includes,
• General construction supervision and management.
• Assign the priority work as per the schedule and IFC drawings,
• Conduct regular job site inspection to monitor whether the works are as per the agreed
safety procedures, priority, conforms to safety requirements and as per the approved
plans and drawings etc.
• Study and check drawings to anticipate the problems and coordinate with engineering
dept. for modification, if required.
• Monitor project schedule, report the actual site progress to Project Control Dept, etc.
• Prepare the Method Statement, Procedures, shop drawings etc. for the construction work.
