Duties and responsibilities:
•Assess ministries’ needs and strategic goals and establish initial set of HRMIS requirements.
•Produce a paper stating key needs, core drivers, and strategic goals of the ministry and each DG as they relate to human resources.
•Document all relevant HR business processes.
•Define system functionalities and design software specifications and requirements for the HRMIS system.
•Research all possible HRMIS systems based on specifications and calculate capital and operational expenditures.
