- Arrange quotations as per company policy for all materials for each project such as Signboard / Flooring / Lighting Fixtures / Shopfit.
- Arranging samples from suppliers with specifications, as per brand standards.
- Prepare / approve and submit P.O. package to high level management for approval.
- Send off all approved P.O.’s to suppliers and ensure that all goes on file.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers on progress in manufacturing and timelines.
- Follow up on supplier payments with Finance Department.
- Maintaining vendor list of prospective subcontractors and materials/new products.
- Ensure that materials delivered to site are checked by the contractor and Site Engineer.
- Update Projects Manager of any issues that may arise and suggest suitable solutions.
• Manage the human, physical and financial resources of the property to ensure Corporation objectives are met.
• Participate in development and management of the strategic direction of the Corporation’s commercial production activities.
• Ensure that production, financial and HR records for the property and staff are maintained to meet corporate requirements and comply with all relevant legislative requirements.
• Ensure that the activities of production are coordinated with instruction outcomes.
• Provide academic, technical and mentoring to staff who operate on the Longreach properties.
• Participate in the supervision of students while on the property and manage student behavioural issues when required.
• Contribute to the activities of relevant industry bodies and professional associations to monitor current trends and training needs relevant to beef production practices.
• Ensure that all equipment, resources and facilities are maintained to the Corporation’s standard.
Gather and analyze events of international importance, interviewing people and collecting background information and details of events, prepare reports.
Handeling administration responsibilities along with sales
