- Providing 1st level and 2nd Level helpdesk Support to all users in Head office and on site, remotely and by phone.

hardware and software faults and based on employee reports.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving
hardware or software faults
- set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if
prioritize and manage many open tickets at one time
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

- Providing 1st level support for ERP System and if required forward it to Helpdesk
in Qatar.

day to day business

- Able to recommend ISP companies and follow-up with them on connection
issues. Also Keeping record of Internet Subscriptions and following up renewal
on time.
Managing Active Directory.
- Installed Complete Cable Network in site office of Western Mountain Power
Plant Project.
- Installed wireless network in site office of Ghadames, Zuwarh water pipeline
project.
- Maintaining Record of network Design, Computer Hardware Inventory &
Software Licenses.
- Responsible for implementing network policies framed by the IT manger.
