- prepare the tendering strategy for medium-high complexity contracts
- Prepare, under the necessary supervision and control, contractual and commercial sections of the tender package and compile the full tender package.
- Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with Company requirements.
- Writing contracts requirements in conformance with all applicable laws and in compliance with Company procurement policies & procedures
- Performing, under minimum supervision and control, contractual and commercial evaluations and required negotiations of tenders received and formulate award recommendations
- Ensuring that confidentiality is maintained during the procurement process
- Manage all the Contracting phases in coordination with the Requesting Units and other involved functions, as appropriate

combined cycle power plant 250 MW. started in January 2020.
• Jenin Independent Power plant
Single shaft combined cycle power plant 450 MW. Started in 2017 to 2019
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Management in preparation of RFPs and ToRs to appoint qualified international advisors to assist in the development of the projects.
- Assist the Management in the drafting, review negotiation of the project’s agreements (EPC, O&M, LTSA, PPA, GSPA, Financing Agreements).
- Assist the Management in the pre-qualification of main contractors to undertake major works for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, operation, and maintenance of the projects.
- Assist the Management in the tendering, evaluation, awarding, negotiation, and contracting of major works including the EPC, LTSA and O&M contractors.
- Support the Management efforts in securing power evacuation plans, gas supply plans and relevant interconnection arrangements.
- Assist the Management to implement the construction Plan of the projects.
- Monitoring of the electrical services provided by the project’s advisors against agreed scope of work and service contracts.
- Assist to maintain good working relationships with local and international service providers, local and international consultants.
- Assist the Management in the preparation of progress updates on the implementation of projects activities with focus on electrical issues.

 Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
 Follow up and expanding on layout of power, control, and Optical fiber cables.
 Termination of power, control cable, grounding system

 Liaising with clients and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular progress meeting.
 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plan for use in the site.
