Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
•Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

I am responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. To do so, these professionals continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. They also regularly meet with clients and senior management, and they oversee a team of junior marketers.
Achieve Sales Target.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Open new stores.
Recruits, tests, and hires new staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization
Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier
