Job description:
1. Work on establishing the organization business system processes.
2. Assistant to support the PMO Director and other members of the
work stream outputs on time, within budget and to scope.
3. Minute Project Boards, Ensure that actions are dealt with and updates on each action
circulated.
4. Monitoring and update of risk and issue registers, liaising with risk/issue owners as
appropriate.
5. Apply Background Investigation process, project training process, and status reports.
6. Support project managers on financials.
7. Follow up the project through the entire project life cycle in below milestones.

Job description:
1. Plan the delivery of the project at hand.
2. Manage the day‐to‐day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants
engaged on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a
job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.
3. Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and
update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard.
4. Plan and arrange visits to existing and new potential clients, ensuring every client
receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships.
5. Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each
account during the implementation phase.
6. Co‐ordinate required support levels and training.
7. Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions
are required
