Senior After Sales Engineer - Based in Cairo, Egypt and serving customers in Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Jordan, Lebanon and Eritrea.
In charge of receiving, analyzing and handling customers' inquiries of spare parts and service jobs.
I work closely with customers on fault analysis and troubleshooting.
I apply project management principles and processes to several internal projects.
Responsibilities:
Senior Technical Sales Engineer - After Sales & Sales Support:
• In charge of sales, back-office support and management of sales of a spectrum of compressed airsolutions and vacuum solutions, per industry, to customers in Egypt.
• In charge of providing extensive back-office support to company’s sales team, and handling allcorrespondence with our vendors and our key accounts.
• In charge of managing all after sales activities, including pricing of spare parts, maintenance contracts, scheduling periodic maintenance visits and invoicing.
• Developing plans, evaluating results and implementing measures to deliver sales targets.
• Develop proposals for complete lines including vacuum pumps/compressors, driers, valves, air receivers, filters and accessories.
• Provide alternative solutions to fulfil requirements within the customer’s budgets.
• Liaise with key and major accounts to generate sales
• Ensure adherence to planned schedule of monthly sales visits.
Track markets and identify new business opportunities among potential and prospective sectors to drive business expansion as per plans.
• Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions.
Remote Sales - Becker Vacuum Pumps
• Support sales channels in the UAE in implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets for Becker equipment and spare parts.
• Develop and maintain a database of customers in the UAE and ensure regular follow-up to generateenquiries and resolve customer issues.

•Met customer requirements for hands-on tool maintenance support at their facilities.

•Identified packaging related problems of customers and offered viable alternative solutions.
•Monitored and assisted customers with correct selection and installation of spare parts.
