Responsible for the day-to-day IT requirements that mainly include new ERP - CRM - IMS - DMS system’s development for multi activity group of companies (construction, trading, hiring, manufacturing; etc.) & upgrading the network infrastructure. Other responsibilities include hardware, software, & people-ware management, manage & maintain servers & network, help & advice, & IT security and telecommunications.

Duties Included:

 Managing a team of over 10 administrative & technical staff.
 Develop a centralized ERP system for the company group which includes the modules: (Project management, Job costing, Accounts & Finance, Human Resources, Stores & assets management, Purchase, Equipment's hire, Workshop management & controlling, Manufacturing management, & Real estate) & upgrade the servers & network infrastructure in the main office & branch offices to be suitable for the new ERP system.
 Develop an internal messaging system (IMS) & document management system (DMS).
 Develop an ( CRM ) system.
 Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
 Responsible for servers ( DC domain controller, Citrix, firewall, security server, Database Server, BackUp Server.
 Responsible for Network infrastructure ( Lan, WAN) (optical fiber cable, wireless ) .
 Responsible for Face & Fingerprint attendent - access control - CCTV
 Developing & maintaining websites, web application, mobile application
 Performing routine audits of systems and software.
 Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software.
 Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases.
 Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
 Reporting to the Managing Director (MD).
 Time management, confidentiality & communication skills.
 Planning and budgeting skills.
 Management of server software and associated backup routines.
 To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects.
 Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
 Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff.
 Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery.
 Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems.
 Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and telephony.

I was responsible for developing & managing school IT systems, providing computer hardware & software support to the school staff & students, managing local area network, troubleshoot problems.

Duties Included:

 Developed & implemented new e-school system, with the network & communication infrastructure, managed the "IT" department (hardware - software - training - network - website).
 Configured & managed domain environment with backup solution.
 Monitoring & controlling student computer system.
 Implemented online training system / fast recovery system for all computers especially lab computers.
 Built e-school system to manage classes, student’s data & school staff (includes HR, Accounts, and Salary modules), it is also integrated with finger print attendance system.
 Created web based student system & issue for each student an access card which can be used with access control devices & cafeteria (with barcode support & C-Panel to check the history & to make payment). The system include SMS & email notification.

I was responsible for providing quality instruction, enjoyable, productive, and meaningful experience to the students in the class. Managing & troubleshooting the LAN, computers hardware & applications, training centre website & IT system.

Duties Included:

 Computer Instructor, network administrator, programmer & technical supporter of ECDL/ICDL & VUE exam centre.
 Preparing the student for international certificate like MCSE, Cisco, A+, Network +, Visual Basic.
 Database (Oracle - MS-SQL - My-SQL) & Web development - SEO - Marketing System.
 Developed a system to manage all transactions in this training system including classes, student & staff data, transportations data & certificates
