1. lead various aspects of the analytic process including data mining, data modeling and ultimately solving critical business problems by utilizing all applicable quantitative knowledge and statistical techniques
2. Act as a technical adviser and liaison between HR and other Functions in the design of new or the modification of existing systems and processes to meet changing requirements.
3. Define data requirements, gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests.
4. Responsible for the enhancement, upgrade, and maintenance to enterprise HR information systems and databases.
5. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
6. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
7. Maintaining Reports
8. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
9. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
10. Provide strong reporting and analytic information support to management team.
11. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Ability to support and facilitate all day-to-day MIS/HR Assistant activities.

- Maintain training database in the electronic system and ensure easy retrieval for effective functioning of the training function.
- Maintain documents of training participants.
- Prepare the induction plan for new GPT joiner
- Prepare the Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Support the Divisional Training manager to prepare the annually Training calendar.
- Ensure all personnel documents are processed as per the company policy and procedures.
- Coordinate between graduate performance Employee and training manager and between Employee and Human resource department.
- Help to coordinate the certificates ceremony
- Help to coordinate the CEO meeting.
