* Coordinate with the Client and Client Representatives to understand projects’ design
requirements, objectives, concepts and approach.
* Manage project’s design scope through all design stages.
* Participate in and give recommendations to the client through the process of selecting
and assigning design consultants.
* Manage and direct design consultants to ensure delivery of high quality professional
services within timeframes and approved standards.
* Evaluate and assess design deliverables prepared by the consultants before passing
them to the client and/or before issuing them for construction.
* Ensure smooth and correct relation between different design stages and disciplines.
* Participate in developing project time schedule for the design stages.
* Take any necessary actions to solve any crises or plan deviation.
* Develop and deliver a Monthly Design Progress Report.
* Coordinate with the Client and Client Representatives to understand projects’ design
