Working as a trusted advisor for key clients in ECEMEA region to move up the value chain by leveraging best in class HR technology, across the full HCM spectrum. I work with really interesting companies showcasing, advocating and evangelising how Oracle HCM applications can transform their business through deeply integrated applications for HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent acquisition, time and labor Learning solutions and Payroll.
This is an individual contributor position within the Product Customer Services organization. Responsible to lead the team for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. Responsible for providing excellence in customer service to ultimately drive to completion and total resolution of each customer issue.
Job Description
• Recognized as an expert in a respective product area and demonstrates skills in other related products.
• Participate in the creation and delivery of course material for advanced technical topics.
• Create/modify/review content within the Knowledge Management System (consultative articles, case studies, and white papers).
• Manage all severity and escalated complex customer issues within guidelines including cross functionalissues; Accountable for representing customer expectations and communicating to proper internal resources.
• Participate in the technical screening, interviewing, reference checking, and final selection of candidates within team.
• Network across competencies and other lines of business, with management & senior resources to gain visibility within the organization.
• Capable of standing in for direct manager in customer escalations and critical accounts conference calls.
• Assist manager in team meetings and lead knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with development in planning product enhancements and new features.
• Provide feedback and input to development on the customer impacted practices and policies such as 'frequency of patchsets'.
• Define requirements and partner with system administrators for internal test and development environments.
• Act as support lead in Beta programs and product/platform testing.
• Act as support lead in product management and product readiness initiatives.
I consider my biggest achievement in this challenging assignment was the establishment of the Software Division itself. I joined this company while all business processes were carried out on very old fashion system; the challenge was to introduce technology to a community of users that were the effort technology hermits. Computerization Project for Abu Qir Fertilizers (Prime contract ICL company), job involves analysis, development, implementation and programming for Payroll System, Personnel System, Insurance System, Home System, Train System, Voyage System Using Developer2000 and Oracle8 under Unix
On all mentioned systems, I was responsible on analyzing, designing, developing, testing, installing systems to end user and providing customer supports.My responsibilities also inculdes creating database users, tables and other database components. Also I have experience on solving database troubleshooting .
Developed Applications:
- Electrical distribution system contains all process and service related to electrical distribuation also linked micro computer which collect usage quantity data for customer with my software through serial communication between microcomputer and PC. I developed data converter & Analyzer program because each arabic character in windows has one ASCII in any position and there are resident program in memory analyze the position of character, but in micro computer which we use has different ASCII in each position for arabic character.
- Car Parking System contains all process and service related to car parking places also issuing the card which use for parking subscriper.
- Payroll/Personnel System for managing employees salaries, attendance and departure, dues and deductions and many more.
- Accounting Systems contains (Accounting chart - General Ledger - Checks - Bank - Customer - Vendors) and this system .
-Stores System contains (Customer - Vendors - Purchase permission - Point of Sale) and this system is connected with an Accounting system where each transaction transfer to the accounting by posting operation.
