●Ensure that all following day-to-day Operational Activities are carried out in timely and reliable way:
- Procedural/Managerial activities (Event/Incident/Problem management...).
- Controlling activities (Monitoring/Reporting/Backups...).
- Technical activities (tech. support, consultations).
●Direct unit resources to apply ITIL Services framework.
●Defining, analyzing, planning, measuring and improving all aspects of the Availability and Security of IT services. and managing associated risks.
Establish Data Center unit to provide IT Services to ILA Corporate entities and ILA Customers based on SaaS/PaaS Cloud Architecture Services.
• Perform similar functions to what listed in below position -Infrastructure & Security Manager - in Netsignature.
Position (A): Infrastructure & Security Manager (8/2011 -12/2011).
Job Roles:
Direct unit resources to deliver the IT services aligned to business objectives.
Ensuring that IT services and infrastructure are able to deliver the agreed OLA /SLA performance on time, with cost effective manner.
Defining, analyzing, planning, measuring and improving all aspects of the Availability and Security of IT services. and managing associated risks.
Ensure that all following day-to-day Operational Activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way:
Procedural/Managerial activities (Event/Incident/Problem management...).
Controlling activities (Monitoring/Reporting/Backups...).
Technical activities (tech. support, consultations).
Position (B): Operation & Security team lead (8/2009 -8/2011).
Job Roles:
Lead a team of technical specialists to Design, Implement and Support secure and commercial IT services “ex. M-Currency project, Cashless environments, …” using Linux Operating System & Open Source applications.
Supervising the following technical parts of company projects: Network Infrastructure, DB Administration, Application Admin, System Operation and Security, to insure Availability, Scalability, Reliability and Serviceability achieved by design.
Internal IT Security Consultant (set up Sec.Policies, Investigate Sec. incidences, security awareness etc…)
Perform team capacity building to enhance their Tech. /Soft skills.
