Responsibilities:
• Primarily accountable to ensure operation and availability of IT assets and services of the Bank.
• Managing and participating in complex IT projects to implement and maintain enterprise specific server infrastructure and systems.
• Ensuring compliance to IT service management best practices to ensure the quality of services.
• Providing advanced-level technical support for enterprise server-based infrastructure systems, including hardware, software, and services.
• Responsible to implement and monitor all published IT management policies and best practices.
• Involved in development, implementation and documentation of procedures for the proper use and support of enterprise server hardware and software.
• Performing routine team administration tasks like tasking, scheduling, monitoring and feedback.
• Determining training objectives, preparing course material and curriculum and designing laboratory exercises.

• Preparing to launch a training project for Microsoft Great Plains, Microsoft Solutions Framework and a Microsoft CRM geared towards enterprise customers.
• Playing an integral role in presenting the company and initiating seminars on Windows 2003 for Microsoft partners and customers in Bahrain positioning the institute as the first CTEC in the Kingdom.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining system backups on internal and external web network servers. Designing and supporting server system and their software.
• Supporting Prometric, Certiport and ICDL examination system.
Instructor:
- Developed a wide range of comprehensive course’s materials for: Windows2000/XP, Office 2000/XP, MS Project and Project Management Concepts.
- Instructed MS Project and Project Management concepts to many groups at Namuro-3 including the American Military.
- Successfully led a Project Management role in TNA (Training Need Analyses) for Microsoft Egypt that aimed to educate Microsoft sales team on several kinds of products.
- Used a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations and laboratory work as a Specialist Trainer for many courses.
Systems Engineer:
- Principal participant in the E- Government project in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
- Devised and planned different projects for internal use and interpreted specific services that can be delivered to customers.
- Created Help Desk material and guidelines as Project Officer of the IT help system.
- Distinctly managed a sophisticated network infrastructure, configuring servers for optimal performance and maintaining internal and external web presence through systems administration.

- Responsible for establishing core internet connectivity, installing transmission hardware, configuring firewalls and proxies and completing needed set-up to support both Intranet and Internet websites.

- Technical support team leader in the head office and the site, accountable for running all Windows 95/98 and NT desktops and servers.

- Imparted knowledge and skills participating in TV programs related to computer science subjects produced by channel 3 and thematic channels (Educational Channel - Egyptian television)
