 To Generate new customer for the company and deal with all the Liabilities product.
 In charge of keeping relations with existing customer and development with new corporate clients for acquisition of salary transfer accounts.
 Achieving monthly target through selling of Current A/C, Savings A/C as well as other banking products e.g. Investments, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Fixed Deposit, NRE A/Cs etc.
 Coordinating with the back office team and tracking the service level.
 Maintain the relationship with the existing clients and keep updating about the new products and services offered.
 Identifying new and potential companies and adding to our target list.
 Guiding training new sales officers to get business and assisting them in calls.
 Handling Payroll Companies.
