- Jeddah Airport, Aircraft Maintenance hangars, 21 Hangars with the longest free span hangars all over the world (176 m free span) (Jeddah 2014)
- Pepsi cola mega project, the biggest Pepsi plant all over the world, (Plot area 350, 000 m2) in Jeddah 2nd industrial area -Jeddah 2012.
- Al Forsan Industrial complex for Ceramic & sanitary fitting (Plot area 170, 000 m2) - Jeddah 2012.
