Well i am engage in both company and employees it’s my job to make those employees performs their job according to their field of position in the company and see to it that the rights of those employees be implemented in accordance to their labor law.
I am applying on any sales position, as this is the area or field that i am at my best. I work in a Telecommunication company in the Philippines and now in SKYCABLE THE FILIPINO CABLE CHANNELS of LOPEZ GROUP OF COMPANIES IN THE PHILIPPINES. My position here is a TEAM LEADER and I supervised my agents for their outbound and inbound calls. I also make some marketing plans and strategies on how to communicate well towards our clients so we could be able to attract them to our products, Identify and qualify new and emerging opportunities with new clients.I also monitor their everyday sales targets as well as their customers service.
