Currently leading a sales force of 4 salesman, 14 engineers & 3 supporting roles.

As one of the youngest technical manager in the history of Doka worldwide, I had to develop, manage and lead not only a team of 28 engineers, I also had the responsibility to supply the best possible technical solutions to our clients, support our sales team with technical sales & internally work together with the operations department on the stock management.

Starting as a project engineer taught me the basics of our systems and how to use Doka formwork in the most efficient and economic way. Executing several projects myself and later taking the lead in some of South Africa’s largest construction projects quickly made me realize on how important technical support and sales is.
