card on Card Management System. (CMS)
* Co-ordinate with Card Associations, external and internal stakeholders for

dispatching, Debit & Credit cards Embossing, Balance transfers,
Installment, Card statements, etc...

* Negotiating with vendors and outsource service providers to gain optimal

Some of the main projects involved,
* Currently involved in the New CMS implementation for the Credit Card
issuance. Carries out all the coordination part in the business that is
necessary for the UAT areas and the back-office operation in the re-carding
process with all internal and external stake holders.
* Involved in new embossing machine setup project for in-house
personalization of Credit and Debit card base of the bank. Coordination with
vendors and payment schemes in order to complete the project in a timely
and cost effective manner.
* Implementation of 3DS V2.2
* Chip version upgrade from CF6 to SF30 with IDEMIA
* Extending expiry of the Credit card base.
* Implemented self-registration portal to register for the E-Statements facility.

the on-going projects, maintaining the standards and the relationship between

 Project Management & Change Delivery Management.
 Manage and deliver technology projects and changes by engaging with

management framework to ensure projects are completed within the

- Acted as the main corrdinator of the full project scope for both issuing &
acquiring areas.
- Coordinated with End Users of each departments with pre-defined Test cases
(UAT) and logged the necessary changes that are needed to implement.
- Conducted regular meetings with the vendor regarding the logged cases and
changes to be done, and implementing them in a agreed set of time line within
the project time lines.
- Coordination with the System Audit unit and carry out the auditing part for the
concluded UAT areas.
- Coordinated Post-Go-Live issues with the vendor and end users after the go live
process. (Daily / weekly meetings according to issue priorities.)
