• Initiate the approval of Manpower Request and ensure the request is within the budget.
• Facilitate and communicate to recruitment agencies for any vacancies and post job vacancies in job portals.
• Screened CV and initiate initial interview and forward to the hiring Manager.
• Prepare offer letter to the selected candidate.
• Handle correspondence related to candidates’ queries and responses following interviews and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

• Collect official documents related to visa process.
• Initiate the preparation and develop Job description for existing and new position.
• Assist GHRM to prepare annual manpower budget.
On-boarding and Off-boarding of Employees
• Develop the on-boarding bundle of forms that needs to be filled by any joining employee, related to bank account, medical enrollment, joining date etc.
• Conduct induction and orientation of the staff.
• Complete all necessary documentation with respect to exiting employees, related to visas, handing over of company assets, mobiles, parking control, Insurance cards, vehicles, petrol card etc.
• Prepare the end of service settlement and finalizing the exit procedure to settle their dues in accordance with the labor law and company policies.
• Complete the visa cancellation and ticket booking of exiting employees (including their dependents until the visa is cleared in all government authorities.
Payroll and Compensation and benefits
• Handle and process the monthly attendance and payroll through HRMS.
• Prepare the WPS and non WPS file and ensure the salary transfer on time.
• Initiate the leave process and ensure that leave balances are properly maintained and updated.
• Prepare the leave settlement.
• Prepare the yearly ticket encashment.
• Coordinate with insurance company and brokers on medical insurance enrollment and cancellation of enrollees, renewals, premiums, billings & assist with employee claims queries to ensure full utilization of benefits.
• Maintain an up to date list of all employees and dependents covered under the policy.
• Assist the GHRM in the analysis of details pertaining to benefits, when it comes to the renewal phase.
• Assist GHRM to facilitate the yearly KPI and annual salary reviews and bonuses.
• Handle Employee’s additional benefits.
• Assist GHRM to prepare annual company budget report.
• Assist GHRM for annual review and update the company’s policies and procedure.
Employee Relations
• Serve as point of contact of employees for certificate request including Salary Certificate, NOC, Employment Certificate and others.
• Handle Employee grievances.
• Facilitate training and initiate staff activities.
Public Relations
