Shouldering responsibilities of searching and purchasing material from local and overseas markets. I have given task to search supplier or vendor to procure the parts / material fixed in our Power & Desalination Plant. By using internet I am bringing exact overseas supplier or manufacturer from whom we have to procure and replace their related parts or material. I am fully responsible for purchasing all type of Chemical required in our Plant. The weekly schedule covering from our Plant and communicating with related supplier and also follow-up for in time delivery till off loud at our designated Plant
As the company is Utilities Provider to the Refinery a huge purchase has been done every day. I am responsible for price comparisons in the base of quality and expected delivery time. I am also involved with supplier invoices both locally & internationally and get clear for payments.
Responsible to maintain all the record of stock for the sales team. Also communication work order with head office for loud the chemical for designated customers.
Shouldering responsibility to received raw material from different vendors and stock in safe place. The same material issued to production team as per their weekly requirement. I am responsible to keep minimum and maximum of all raw material stock and coordinate with Procurement for required material.
