•Maintains seamless interaction with guests in order to facilitate guest recognition, obtain preferences, anticipate guest needs and proactively action all their requests and requirements.
•Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
•Provide Food and Beverage services as required.
•Act on behalf of the guest for all booking and confirmation.
•Sets up and inspect room as per guest preferences in accordance with set standards.
•Fully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systems .
•Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
•Fully responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the pantry.
•Follow all safety policies.
•Other duties as assigned.
