• Interact with firms to ensure accurate and timely audits and tax filings for Company and its clients.
• Manage the reporting process so that financial information provided to clients is both timely and accurate.
• Oversee and manage all banking relationships on behalf of Company and its clients.

• Participate in annual internal audit planning
• Assist the Managers to ensure that the management is made aware of process, policies, system risks and implementation gaps involved in the financial and operational functionalities of the company.
• Assist the Managers to prepare the detailed audit plan to cover the entire audit universe by prioritizing the audits based on risk exposure, significance, and the quality of internal control environments that exist to mitigate risks
• Assist the Managers to manage the allocation and utilization of department resources by
• Determining the man hours needed to implement the audit plan
• Preparing a quarterly audit schedule for audits to be conducted allocating the assignments to available audit resources.
• Plan, supervise, participate, conduct and review internal audit assignments to ensure that risk areas are adequately identified and audited (including regular meetings with audit team, client and senior management)
• Prepare / review the audit reports and present the findings to Top and Senior Management
• Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc presentations for reporting significant findings / issues to the Audit Committee
• Coordinate with user departments to understand the operations and to assist them to prepare their operational policies and procedures in line with the corporate policies and procedures.
• Act as the champion of available technologies and groom the audit staff to efficiently and effectively utilize these technologies
