Project Description: Execution of the Waste Water Treatment System Expansion I for the City of Fujairah and its Environs.
Duties Included:
- Supervising the preparation of Specifications relating to the required Design Work and issue of the pertinent call for tenders;
- Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities relating to the submission of proposals for the undertaking of Design Work by prospective Consultants;
- Evaluating the technical and financial proposals received and selecting the successful candidate;
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of the relevant Contracts;
- Supervising the Execution of Works;
- Issuing Monthly Progress Reports for the Shareholders;
- Certifying Progress Payments;
- Supervising the Testing and Commissioning;
- Following the activities of the relevant Contractor during the Defects Liability Period until final acceptance; and
- Issuing Completion and Take-Over Certificates.

Duties Included:
- Supervise all the UAE Branch Projects;

- Supervise and Review the preparation of the Clients Master Programme;

- Stage 1: includes 25 buildings.

- Supervise and lead a team of Planners;
- Attend Meetings with the Client, Subcontractors and Management;
- Coordinate with Several Project’s Departments;

- Built area 180, 000 m2 set on 260 Acre (1, 055, 000 m2) of Land.
- Full Time student enrollment of 5, 500.
- The project consists of all Faculties Buildings, Library, Campus Center, Student Housing, Indoor Sports Facilities, Desert Development Center, Physical Plant, Faculty Housing, Central Spine, Utility Plant, Administration Building, Site& Infrastructure.

- Prepare Client's Internal Programme & Project's Internal Indicators.

- Supervise Preparation of Short Term Programmes of the project.

Description:

Description:
- Repair of (4) Buildings with total of (23) Floors icluding (300) columns, (2, 000 m2) slabs.
- Rehabilitate the buildings by redefining the spaces to upgrade & maximize utilization.
Duties Included:
- Contribute, review & issue of Project Budget, Time Plans, Cost Control Reports and Project related Documents.
- Organize and coach the project staff and implementing "clinic workshops" on specific matters concerning the project performance.

- Impose & Follow Up of master target plan according to hand over dates, including all phases of construction (turnkey project).
- Prepare projections and schedules for different site Resources
(Manpower - Material delivery schedule - Subcontractors distribution - equipment plans)
- Data analysis and project reports preparation including Monthly Cost Reports & Owner’s Invoices.
