1. Manpower Planning & Organization Design
• Planning manpower strategies in line with organization growth plan
• Assist and counsel operating managers to plan and set objectives.
• Design and maintain most appropriate Operating Model and optimum organization structures for the company
• Conduct restructuring exercises
• Carry out efficiency improvement studies

• Right Sizing exercise was implemented which was cost effective to company where almost 400 - 500 jobs was reduced (this saved company approximately $1.5 million on a yearly base).
• Support the business to identify and implement key areas of efficiency improvement through continuous review of the processes, systems and staff utilization. To develop manpower models and establish KPIs for business units.
• Collect and summarize manpower data keeping long-run objectives and broad organizational interests in mind. Hands on experience in acquisition projects.
2. Performance Management & Job Evaluation
• Coordinate with business units to support the line managers to develop accurate functional and Job descriptions that reflect the roles and responsibilities of the functions and employees.
• PMS Assist Program was carried out for job analysis to identify contents of job in terms of activities involved and attributes to ensure best fit of employees to specific jobs and to ensure all KPI’s and competencies are captured respective to each jobs.
• Review Job Profiles & Job Evaluation (Hay methodology)
• Goal Setting Process (KPI’s)
• Compensation & Benefits analysis to ensure company’s compensation strategy and practices are in line with the market trends.
