* Provide infrastructure support to ensure high availability, security and usability of data/voice network that is transparent to users
* To assist in planning and development of data and voice network in line with the Organization policies
* To provide support in the resolution of service desk incidents to agreed service levels
* Prepare technical documentation; operations processes and troubleshooting guides
* To assist with the installation of voice and data cabling
* Technical Understanding of network hardware, protocols and IP Telephony standards
* Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting experience
* Working closely with the Sales team in providing quotation to the customer
* Working closely with the Service Delivery Manger to ensure the set expectations are met
* Working with carriers and third party maintainer to achieve fault resolution
* Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
* Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems
* Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email using a helpdesk management system.
* Give customers confidence their issue is understood and being dealt with promptly
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved
* Work as part of team, with a positive `can-do' attitude, sharing advice and workloads to provide the best possible service to our customers
* Track issues to resolution, updating the internal knowledgebase and communicating with relevant business units
* Receive, manage and record help desk requests receiving either by telephone or email
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems
* Design, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade the organization's LAN servers, workstations, and other related hardware/software
* Provide remote technical support, system engineering support and troubleshooting
* Installing and managing IP routers, switches and equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
* Experience of supporting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Sever 2003 and Server 2008
* On-the-job training and professional development of team members

* Prepare administrative documents for future reference
