Responsible to the construction manager for the quality of works being done as per safety and quality standards
• Implement safe working practices as per company’s health and safety procedures
• Ensure that proper work procedures and construction methodology are being prepared and followed during project implementation.
• Delegate works/task with the concerned foremen to ensure that all materials and equipment are available when needed
• Make sure that all materials being used in the project are approved as per specification.
• Coordinates with other discipline regarding discrepancies on plans.
• Inform all concern parties when works are completed for joint inspection.
• Prepare request for inspection and coordinate with consultant for inspection schedule.
• Prepare materials quantities for Low Voltage and Low Current as per requirements and materials approvals.
• Prepare Technical Queries (TQ) if required.
• Encourage Safe working practices at site.
• Review all approved plans, labor and materials allocation and informs project management of any potential problems.
• Testing and commissioning for all low voltage and low current systems
