Developed Marketing plan for the Global intelligence division. Creating new propositions and marketing messages, running campaigns and building a new website. Setup communications program and managed campaign roll-out and performance analysis. Campaigns resulted in an 8% response rate uplift, with 4.5% increase in sales and doubling of Request-for-Proposals. Within 6 months had picked up 2 incremental consulting projects directly linked to the campaigns.
Client projects included; • Delivered demand assessment of requirements for Building services in Data Centres, covering key players and global trends in cloud services as well as key forecasts assumptions by size and type. • Developed go-to-market plan for market offering looking to combine new IoT and cloud technologies into existing Smart controls and analytics business unit. • Produced competitive analysis of key platform and issues in Building automation services delivered through a strategy development workshop
- Led consulting projects to deliver Client requirements for strategy development and market intelligence. Responsible for the P&L of the ICT practice in the region, as well as contributing key marketing initiatives, project management, delivery and business development. Generated $750, 000 consulting in the first year.
- Integrated existing teams into a department driving marketing strategy, business planning, customer analytics, insights, network deployment, pricing and business case development for Marketing.
- Setup corporate reporting and KPIs. Managed 10 staff, 3 agencies and budget of $700, 000.
