• Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

• Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Maintain employees benefits programs.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Manage labor and management personnel administration activities.
• Assist employees with benefits and related questions and problems.
• PRO functions within JAFZA.
• Direct Human Resource activities in Russia to ensure that the company can recruit, hire, and train and retain high quality employees.
• Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, including development and administration of Supportive Work Environment initiatives.
• Determine appropriate levels of compensation in the forms of wages, and fringe benefits where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain employee handbook policy manual.
• Assist in the development of employee development plans.
• Interpret and administer employee contractual agreements. Advise management regarding human resource policies, procedures, and employee relations activities.
• Manage the recruitment and selection of skilled and unskilled labor force and management employees.
