Developing strategic and operational planning for building the IT operations and infrastructure capability,
aligning IT with the business strategy, developing IT policies, systems and practices that ensure regulatory, compliance and business continuity, Oversee IT functions including, Data Centers (12 Data Center with 600 Server including the remote sites), Applications support (CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, Revenue Assurance,
Billing and Mediation ), Technical support and Help Desk (ITSM and Service Desk) and ERP Application Development
Recruit, train and promote team members of the operations and infrastructure organization
Lead the design, launch, and operation of a newly-created, centralized, full-scale Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for managing the development and implementation of PMO strategy, establishing the PMO function as a center of excellence, institutionalizing a Project Management (PM) life cycle methodology, and aligning the PMO vision with the overall Organization vision
